NEW JERSEY – State Police are looking for a convict who failed to register under Megan’s Law.
Marvin Sander, 37, of Shrewsbury Township, is a black male, 5’11”, and 195 pounds.
He frequents areas in and around Toms River and Manchester.
He may also go by the name of Marven or Maurice.
