MARLBORO – An accident involving two tankers in the morning will keep Route 9 closed for hours Friday.
Route 9 from Union Hill and Texas Roads is closed until further notice, according to the official social media accounts for Marlboro Township. Detours are in place.
The accident happened at Routes 9 and 520.
Local businesses are being evacuated due to the oil spills.
Officials did not provide any information on how many, if any, people were injured in the crash. The cause is under investigation.
