MONMOUTH COUNTY – Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, officials have canceled the 2020 Monmouth County Fair. According to a post on Facebook, careful consideration was given and there was no way organizers could ensure safety and social distancing methods in an event that draws thousands each year.
Organizers said they are already looking ahead to the summer of 2021 and hope to have the best fair ever.
The Ocean County Fair was also canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
