Body Found On Train Tracks In Manasquan

  MANASQUAN – A New Jersey Transit employee discovered a body on the train tracks Manasquan Station early Tuesday morning, NJ Transit officials report.

  The body was found at approximately 5:15 a.m., along with a motorcycle nearby, by an engineer on the North Jersey Coast Line Train 3310. The train left from Bay Head on its way to New York Penn Station.

  Service on the North Jersey Coast Line was temporarily halted in both directions. It has since resumed.

  The incident is being investigated by NJ Transit Police.
