Billhimer and Manchester Township Chief of Police Lisa Parker announced that the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crime Unit, Manchester Township Police Detective Bureau and Ocean County Sheriff’s Department are conducting an investigation into a death that occurred on Monday, July 1, 2019, In Manchester Township.
