Police Ask For Public’s Help Identifying Theft Suspect

  MANCHESTER – The Manchester Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying an individual who allegedly stole a wallet and used a credit card.

  Police were able to obtain video surveillance from the Walmart in Toms River of the suspect. In the video, the alleged suspect seems to be an elderly female although, the suspects face is mostly covered due to a face mask.

  The original theft of the wallet occurred at the Stop and Shop in Whiting. According to police, the suspect is a frequent shopper at that store.
