FREEHOLD – Two teenagers died in a single car crash after the driver lost control causing the car to overturn Tuesday evening, officials said.

Around 10:30 p.m., a 17-year-old boy from Howell was driving south on Route 9 when he changed lanes, causing him to lose control of the car. As a result, the car spun out and ran off the roadway, hitting a curb and several concrete bollards. The car continued to roll over and finally stopped in front of 3468 Route 9, officials said.
