Investigation Following Family That Allegedly Attacked Geese

  LAKEWOOD – It started as a Facebook post. A person working in Lakewood took a photo of a van, with some kids getting into it. They said that the van had pulled up, let the kids out, and let them beat a mother goose and then take or destroy her eggs.

  The post got shared around quite a bit, with a lot of people chiming in.

  Lakewood police has announced that the issue is being investigated by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection’s Division of Fish and Wildlife with the assistance of Lakewood Police Department Quality of Life Unit.
