BRICK – An accident on the Garden State Parkway this morning closed down two lanes on the northbound side near exit 90 in Brick Township, according to 511nj.org.
The state traffic site reported the crash at approximately 7:30 a.m., which shut down the left and center lanes. Parkway delays on the northbound side extending up to seven miles south of the accident.
While 511nj.org reported that lanes were cleared by approximately 8 a.m., traffic delays persisted as the right shoulder remained blocked off.
The congestion began to clear up after 9 a.m.
