Cops: Workers Sold Vaping Devices To Underage People

  POINT PLEASANT – Workers were selling vaping devices to underage people, according to police.

  A weeklong surveillance and an undercover officer led to charges at the following businesses: Anytime Vape, 3209 Route 88; E-Cig Outpost, 3107 Bridge Avenue; Point Pleasant Exxon, 3164 Route 88; Country Farms, 3122 Route 88 and Conoco Gas Station, 700 Route 88. 

  They were charged with the sale of nicotine products to people under the age of 21, a petty disorderly persons offense.
