Cops Arrest 3 After Watching Crack Deal

  BRICK – Detectives watched drug deals take place leading to charges relating to drug distribution for three people.

  After witnessing several drug transactions, two vehicles were pulled over in Lakewood, police said.

  In the first stop, Aliana McColley, 30, of Lakewood was arrested for possession of crack cocaine.

  In the second stop, Reginald McNeil, 22, of Asbury Park was arrested for conspiracy to distribute controlled dangerous substances (CDS). Also, Nyshawne S. Sutton, 39, of Lakewood was arrested for distribution. When they were brought to the Lakewood Police Station, Sutton ran from police but was apprehended.

  A search warrant for the vehicle yielded approximately 250 wax folds of suspect heroin packaged for resale, crack cocaine packaged for resale, marijuana, suspected MDMA tablets and paraphernalia. A total of $351 was seized pending forfeiture.

  Sutton was charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of MDA, Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, Possession with the Intent to Distribute Heroin, Distribution of CDS, Resisting by Flight, Possession of CDS Paraphernalia, and Escape.

  McNeil was charged with Conspiracy to Distribute CDS, Loitering to Obtain CDS, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of MDA, Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, Possession with the Intent to Distribute Heroin, and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia.

  McColley was charged with Possession of Cocaine, Tampering with Evidence, and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia.

  Lakewood Police and the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Strike Force worked with Brick police in making these arrests.
