BRICK – Brick Police are looking for anyone who might have been near the Market Place at Brick on August 9 around 11:23 a.m. to identify a driver who left the scene of an accident.

The crash occurred at the entrance of the Costco Gas Station on Route 70, when a Honda Fit that was driving east on the highway tried to change lanes and hit another vehicle. That vehicle did not stop, which caused the Honda to lose control and strike a BMW SUV that was getting gas at one of the Costco pumps.

Brick Police are asking the driver of the vehicle that collided with the Honda Fit, or anyone who witnessed the accident, to call them at 732-262-1104, no matter how minor the damage.
