SOUTH TOMS RIVER – Residents will experience a temporary loss of water service Wednesday.
Emergency water main work will be taking place at Ardmore Avenue, Belmont Drive, Charles Avenue, Deauville Avenue and Edgemont Terrace by SUEZ crews and contractor J. F. Kiley around 10 a.m. The work should be completed around noon.
Once service is restored, customers may see some discoloration in their water. They should run a cold tap for several minutes until the water runs clear.
