BERKELEY – A rally for peace and unity, and to protest the death of George Floyd, will be held at 10 a.m. at Veterans Park in Bayville on June 10.
The event will feature speeches from students, community leaders, law enforcement and government officials, said organizer Robert Taylor.
“How can we better understand each other?” he asked, describing the purpose of the event. One of the key points he wants to drive home is the need for diverse voices across all levels.
