BERKELEY – A drunk man was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and throwing bodily fluids at an officer after an incident in the Bayville ShopRite.

Raymond J. Guzzetta, 55, of New York was allegedly causing a disturbance at the grocery store on March 26, according to a police blotter released today.

Patrolmen Jonathan Mulvihill and Steven Kappock responded and observed the suspect yelling obscenities, refusing to leave the store, and “stumbling about the store for no apparent reason.”

He did not comply with officers’ requests to leave, and was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. While being arrested, he spat at both officers.
