BERKELEY – Local leaders announced that the dates of several meetings have changed.

The Central Regional Board of Education meeting was originally going to be held on March 16. This has been moved to Tuesday, March 14 due to scheduling conflicts, according to an announcement on the district’s website. The meeting will be held in the High School Auditorium and will begin at 7 p.m.

The Township Council has also changed the rest of their meetings for the year. It had previously been the fourth Monday of every month, except for when that falls on or near a holiday.

The council will meet on March 20, April 17, May 15, June 19, July 17, August 21, September 18, October 16, November 20, and December 18. The first part of the meeting starts at 6 p.m., where the governing body discusses a lot of issues and the public has a chance to speak. Then, they often go into a private session to discuss things such as personnel. When that is done, they come back into the main meeting room and finish up business. Meetings are held at 627 Pinewald-Keswick Road, Bayville.
