BEACHWOOD – Mayor Ron Roma announced that Trick or Treat will take place on Halloween, October 31, from 1-8 p.m.
With the Toms River Halloween Parade being a very well-attended event (some say the second largest in the country), nearby towns will usually schedule Trick or Treat around it. The parade is being held on Saturday, October 30, with a rain date of Monday, November 1.
