LACEY – A man was found breaking into a vehicle and has been charged with four counts of burglary.
The owner of the car discovered on her home surveillance cameras that the man, Brendan J. Wason, was looting her car early on the morning of September 22, police said.
Wason, 33, has been charged for four counts of burglary, one count of theft, one count of possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle and one count of use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.
Wason was sent to the Ocean County Jail.
Charges are merely accusations until proven in a court of law.
