Geathers was also charged with possessing Methamphetamine. He is being lodged in Ocean County Jail.

Tiedmann and Coger also faces cocaine possession and distribution charges. An indictment warrant was issued for their arrests.

The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office did not hold a fourth person, Darnell D. Williams, 36, of Jackson, criminally responsible for the drug death, but charged him with several counts of distributing and possessing cocaine. He is in Ocean County Jail.

A multi-agency effort lead to the indictments, after authorities determined that Geathers distributed a quantity of wax folds of heroin and fentanyl to Coger and Tiedmann. He then distributed those folds to the unnamed victim on Jan. 9, who was found unresponsive by family Jan. 10 and declared dead two days later.
